Thanks for stopping by my page! Sorry I have been MIA for a while. I have been completely off since about mid-May. I was planning to use my summer freedom to lose a ton of weight but all I have been doing is sitting around eating. I have gained back 20 of the 52 lbs I had lost. I lost my motivation and I'm trying to get it back. This morning I went for a walk (the most exercise I've done in a LONG time), so hopefully that's a step in the right direction!

thanks for reading/commenting on my blog - my best advice for you, since you are signed up for the GR is to bring LOTS of water. I couldn't believe the lack of water. I didn't mention in my blog, but there were also people vomiting from being so hot/dehydrated. I usually always have tons of water on me, but this time, we only had a bottle for each of us - big mistake. Hope your run turns out much better than this one did! 1531 days ago
