It really is the most difficult thing to admit when we gain more weight and have to hang our heads and come back and start again. I hate it! So embarassing and awful. I read thought my last blog posts where I was saying recently that I was happy with my weight and wasn't going to focus on it but I was still going to eat healthy and go for my runs.... didn't happen!
Oh it sounds kind of like the Dr. Bernstein diet... is it? It used to be popular here in Canada, I am not sure if that's something they have in the states, is it? It sounds like you're having success with it, which is so awesome! I used to do LA Weight Loss and found that going there 3 times a week for the weigh in and tracking my food (they review your food journal also) was so helpful.
I'm doing fantastic! Being back on Sparkpeople is really holding me accountable and I love tracking my food. I don't know why I ever stopped. I've been exercising and my body is sore, but it is a good sore! I am glad to be back!
