The Woman in the Mirror

Hi! Maybe others can relate to my struggle. I grew up thin and was about 105 lbs till my 1st child. After having 2 children my weight hovered around 115 to 120 which I thought was horrid! Lol At 38 the pounds crept on little by little. Stress, divorce, life. After my hysterectomy at 45...yikes! Now I'm 53 and weigh more than ever, 190. I work at home and find the more I'm home, the less I like to leave the house. Overeating is not my biggest issue, it's not eating enough on a regular ...

I work at home and find the more I'm home, the less I like to leave the house. Overeating is not my biggest issue, it's not eating enough on a regular basis throughout the day, and not moving at all.
