A NEW BEGINNING!!!

Hello!
I am 20 years old and 200 lbs. I am happily married and would like to get down to the size I was when I met my husband..155-160 lbs... It is rather discouraging to think that I let myself get this heavy, but it is encouraging being on this website..STANDING UP saying that i am ready to do something about it! Instead of sitting around whining about it. Before joining, depression is what was to blame for this weight gain, but NO longer!! ...
Hello!
I am 20 years old and 200 lbs. I am happily married and would like to get down to the size I was when I met my husband..155-160 lbs... It is rather discouraging to think that I let myself get this heavy, but it is encouraging being on this website..STANDING UP saying that i am ready to do something about it! Instead of sitting around whining about it. Before joining, depression is what was to blame for this weight gain, but NO longer!! I have to stop blaming everything but MYSELF, because after all... I am the one that chose to eat recklessly.

My husband and I are Active Duty Air Force and he is currently deployed, I will be leaving for MY deployment before he returns.. so there is a period of 10 months that we will not see eachother. My goal is to be able to walk off that plane back from my deployment and look DROP DEAD SEXY!!

Care to join my support group??? I certainly need one!! :)

My Goals:
I would like to loose 40-50 lbs by the time my husband and I reunite from our long seperation due to our deployments!

My Program:
I am going to the gym 4 days a week, and eating healthy, LOW-calorie and LOW-fat meals.

Personal Information:
I grew up in Anchorage, Alaska but due to being in the military I am stationed in North Dakota.

Other Information:
My favorite books are christian romance novels. The title of the book i am currently reading is called "Courting Emma" it is the 3rd in a 3 part series.

I see you need supprt. I know how hard it can be to stick with it. but you CAN do this just keep trudging along one step at a time and you will make it.

My halloween was spent playing gigs and drinking. The candy wasn't the problem for sure. I did really well with my eating and logged all my drinks, so I will move on from here. I actually lost about 6 pounds. Not sure how though. LOL.
