One Step at a Time....

I have gained weight and lost weight many times in the past, my greatest success was a couple of years ago when I lost 180 pounds over two years (yes, with the help of Sparkpeople!!). Life got complicated and my plan of staying with in ten pounds of where i was, changed....weekly, now i'm up 50 pounds from my lowest weight, which was 199. I feel like i'm starting fresh, with new goals and new challanges ahead, and yes...this is the time to do this all the way to the end! One step at a time, ...
