Focused on a healthier happier me
I have never been considered a healthy weight for my age group or height even though most would not have viewed me as FAT or OBESE.I have tried Adipex, to metabolife, to fad diets, to running four miles a day, to 3 hours in the gym 5 days a weeks, to expensive bootcamp classes to alli you name it I have tried it lol and lost and gained 30 to 40 lbs my whole life and I'm tired of the emotional roller coaster. I'm back once again but this time I have a head start I weighed 270 two weeks ago when I joined anytime fitness in Tampa Florida, now I workout 5-6 days a week for 1-2 hrs a day switching up my routine & I have gotten down to 261 lbs so once again the journey begins, this time I promise to do what it takes to get to wear I need to be!!
