Yep, that's what this is all about, this page is about my life. There is no other reason for this. ME. I have a long road ahead of me. And I know from experience I will be weak- I will fall, I will stumble over my own roadblocks, but I will come out in the end stronger, and better. I am not perfect, but I am ready to change.

Goal for January- Stay in calorie range
lose 10 pounds

Goal for February- add 10-20 minutes of exercise per day, lose 10 pounds.

My Program:
Track all my meals, and stay within my calorie range.
Slowly Add exercise to routine. Low sodium, low carb low fat everything.
