I lost over 60 pounds in 2008 using SP but the after having Punkie-Pie I gained weight. I AM BAAACK and SO incredibly motivated. I love a challenge and finally feel back in control. I am an easy going, fun, and bubbly person. I've learned not to take life for granted. "Don't take life too seriously, you'll never make it out alive"--Van Wilder. I've struggled with my weight all my life and I am gaining control, one step at a time. We can and WILL do this! :)

Come to think of it, I think we did cook garlic in the oil before adding the chard. (Jason does most of the cooking in our house. I'm hopeless.)

We actually bought the Swiss chard at a farmer's market that comes to my husband's work every Wednesday (isn't that awesome, btw?? They just started last week). It's white-ribbed chard, rather than the kind with the red ribs. I'm not sure if that makes a difference in the taste. We cut the leaves off the center ribs, discarding the ribs, heated olive oil in a pan, then used the oil to wilt the chard with some kosher salt. Not super wilted or anything, just lightly. Then we added a bit of lemon juice afterwards. The leaves were semi-cooked, coated in lemon and a bit of oil and salt. They were yummy!
