I would love to help motivate you to get back on the wagon! Right now I'm really motivated because I've juuuuust started my plan. What kinds of things are you doing to get yourself on track? I'm currently using the meal plans laid out by SparkPeople. It's really awesome because the meals are suuuper easy to put together (basically just throwing a bunch of stuff into a bowl and then eating it!), and they make a grocery list for you (awesome!). I'm also reading the Beck Diet Solution to try to figure out how to cognitively prepare myself for this lifestyle change (I'm sure as a psyc major, you understand why that's important). Interested in being accountability buddies? Maybe we could update each other once a week on how we did on our plans??
I love to bike/train for tri or duathlons/and do all things physical as well. I'm always in the "Athena" category...
The good news is Adam might come out and run with us. ^.^ But even if he slacks off on us, we'll make him carry water and gatorade and snacks. Have you seen the info for our run?
