After many,many countless attempts at weight loss, trying every single fad diet and magic diet pill and program, I realize that there is no "secret" or magic to it. It's all about a lifestyle change, finding what works for you & sticking with it.
update - 10/15: I have lost alot of weight & met goal about 2 1/2 years ago- I was able to maintain for awhile, but unfortunately have regained about 20 pounds. I'm recommitted and determined to lose these last 20 pounds (again) - hopefully for good this time :)
*2/11/17- Started back on a gluten free diet; I know it'll be hard but it's something I need to do.
To live an healthy & active lifestyle in a weight range where I feel comfortable.
Try my best every day and when I mess up, start back on track immediately- not wait until the next day, week, month, etc.
I'm in northeast PA, married, a stay at home mom -w/ a 10 yr old son,
Vegetarian (I do eat seafood,though)

Tom had plan a couple of eating days. Snacks and fired food. ....I am not sure I can continue the no snack thing. It really kills me in the afternoon. On top of the no coffee and chocolate. My kids tell me I am crazy. Of to help Tom unload the truck.

You are a busy little bee.
I am fine, just depressed today and I am not sure why. Since I gave up coffee for Lent I have this little headache, but otherwise hungry. I remember why I have 2nd breakfast. LOL
I have to run to the store because my son forgot to get the t k me on supplies for his club meeting today. (Insert shaking head) I has one more chance to show responsibly before I pull him out. I am hoping to get some yoga or pilates into.
My fasting was fine. I fell asleep at 8pm, woke, up at 830, back to sleep at 9pm, woke up at 10, back to sleep at 1020, woke up at 12am, back to sleep at 1205, woke up at 4 and again at 520....I am tired!!!!!
Anywho, I need to get moving or I will never get my housework done.

I hear you on the feet issue. My knees are getting bad. The worst part is before, when I was 200lbs, I never had issues. I lose the weight get active and BAMM!!! Now, I am up about 30lbs and my whole body hurts.
We are kissing 90 degrees here. I am already melting and it is not even SPRING. LOL
I hope you had a good mass. Off to work

I reset my ticker....my goal is 35lbs gone by the end of the year. That is about 3ish lbs a month.
I hope your house is in recovery mode.

Hey sweetie how is your family doing? Sorry y'all were so sick.
My bday was terrible!!!! The 3rd worst bday since I have been married.
I hope everyone is feeling better. Hugs sorry I have been super busy. I hope in a few days I will be able to sit down longer and explain everything.
