Log my food into sparkspeople

be physically active 3 times a week

motivate myself and remind myself of weightloss goals daily

My Program:
Diet:
-drink 8 glasses of water daily
-drink more tea than coffee
-use no sugar and cut down on artificial sweetener
-cook at least one meal a day.
- eat a protien rich diet with healthy complex carbs and more veggies and a little bit of fruit.

Exercise:

3 times week

Interests: I'm a Nail Tech so anything to do with nails, or nail art. I love to create music and paint. One day I hope to get over insecurities and put m music on youtube!!!

Thanks so much for the add! I know I'm not so active on the site but I do most everything by hand (The food and activity tracker) I just don't feel I have enough time because if I get on here for one thing it always leads to another.
