Starting over

I started ignoring my weight for a while, and the pounds have crept back on while I ignored my goals and my spark. Most days, they seemed too hard, so I'm starting small and realistic

New goals -
1) Track calories every day
2) Exercise, in any form, for 20 minutes at least twice a week
3) Watch water, fiber, and probiotic intake
4) Lose 10 pounds by summer, so that the clothes I have and like will actually fit :)!

Hey girl. You still on spark? I checked my page for the first time in four months...yikes. I plan on journaling my intake for a while again...hopefully that will help me get that part of life back on track. You're a great friend, I'm so thatnkful for you!!

You are doing great! Don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat so just because the scale didn't move or you gained doesn't mean you aren't making progress. Losing 5 inches is wonderful, so you are definitely doing the right things. Keep it up and you will see the scale move too!
