My Goals:
My major goals are to lose about 30 pounds, reduce my blood pressure and cholesterol and exercise4+ times a week. I just want to feel healthier and better about myself.
My Program:
I am currently using the WW program as I find it so much easier to count the points rather than calories. This program worked for me some 22 years ago after the birth of my first child. I am making healthier food choices and eliminating the junk from my house. I am trying to incorporate more fruits and veggies into my meals. My plan starting out 2013 is to get cardio exercise 3 times a week. In between, I plan to do some strength training at home. As time goes on I hope to increase my cardio workouts to 4-5 times a week.
Personal Information:
I am currently living on the Jersey shore with my husband of 26 years. We have 2 wonderful young adults attending college. I love to walk on the boardwalk or at our local reservoir weather permitting.
Other Information:
The only one who has the power to change me, is me! I can accomplish anything I set my mind to with ease and comfort.
