Sweaty proof that I'm working hard to get rid of this double-chin and the love handles!

There are days when I am the person being held up; days when I am the holder; days I idly stand by.

The lumpy backside that I am committed to change. No looking back...(pun intended)

Today is Day One

"Remember: All that counts is how you do today. Take it day by day and those days will add up in the long run."

I'm focusing only on being good to myself TODAY. I know if I am patient and put forth an effort to change for the better what I do TODAY, I will meet my end goal, no matter how long it takes!

My coping mechanism (eating) needs to be changed; the resulting fat hurts me, both figuratively and literally. Overeating has me 67 pounds overweight as of Nov 1, 2014.

My Program:
My program is a sound one: Tracking what I eat, paying attention to serving sizes, focusing on eating whole foods instead of processed/pre-packaged foods, and exercising regularly. So why is it so hard for me to follow my own advice?

Personal Information:
I'm 43 and too young to be old and fat. I want to be a confident strong woman instead of a woman withering inside an overweight and unhealthy body.

Other Information:
I must remember to pray every day for God's strength to get me through. I am taking action to restore the athletic body He blessed me with.

Thank you for your comments on my page. I don't often feel strong but strong is what we become if we allow ourselves to do that. You are very sweet!

Do not lose courage in considering your own imperfections, but instantly set about remedying them -- every day begin the task anew -"
