I look in the mirror at belly dancing class and sometimes cringe. I am the heaviest I have ever been and I keep letting myself lapse and gain more weight. I really need to nip this in the butt. I am to young to be as overweight as I am. So I am starting with smaller goals, maybe just trying to fit into the cute clothes in my closet is enough motivation to stop eatting crap! I really want to concentrate on my belly dancing and hooping and hopefully...the weight will start to come off.

Andrea you started your program on my B-day so I know you will succeed, I've been on the program for a while (1 1/2 Yrs) now and I will stay on it until I have reverse all of my old habits. Just keep logging your food and keep adding more cardio, and you will even amaze yourself. I was ob for 25 yrs and turned that around and will never go back.
