My Goals:
1. Do something active everyday.

2. Vow not to weigh more on the last day of the year than I did on the first day of the year.

3. Be healthy.

4. Keep up healthy eating habits for the rest of my life.

My Program:
1. I am going to try and take a 15 min walk on my lunch break.

2. Also I would like to do a Sparkpeople workout and strength training routine 3 days of the week.

3. On my off days from my workout I want to try and play a active video game for at least 30 minutes.
