I am a dedicated gym-goer, but tend to sabotage my weight loss efforts by indulging my sweet tooth at night after my kids have gone to bed.
I really feel that if I can give up night time eating, I will reach my goal weight in no time at all. I have been trying to give this bad habit up for YEARS!
