    Hi :) Thanks for the nice comment on m page! As far as bad days go, yes I have them too. But I'm trying to keep positive and not get down on myself if I eat popcorn, cookies & some ice cream after dinner. I will never ban certain foods from my diet. I try to have more good days than bad to balance it all out. Running often seems to really help my mood & keep me on the happier side :D
