Hi, I've been doing sparkpeople sence January 19, 2007 and dieting for sence January 2. I've lost 35 lbs so far and have at least 5 more to go. I watch the message doards all the time but have never taken the time or felt comfortable getting on. I hope to continue coming to sparkpeople after i've hit my goal. This has been the best thing for me. I really dont fill like im dieting as much as i fill like im eating right. Thank you all

My Goals:
My goals have been to eat right and not fill deprived. Get more exercise and fill good about myself. I would like to get to 135 I started at 174. I didnt eat any chocolate untill i had lost 20 lbs

My Program:
count calories and workout.
