Thanks for your comment on my blog. They changed my Gram's meds today and she is more alert... Hopefully another couple of days without strong sedatives and she'll be alert and conversational

Reading through the posts this morning from the weekend..
Sorry to hear that you had such a rough day, and that you feel your motivation slipping, hang in there kiddo..days like that can make it seem like we are never going to reach goals, but days like that are expected..so today it's time to get your game back on, get refocused and move forward..that day is finally over, never to be seen again, you can do this, even on those kinds of days, if the weather permits, bundle up the little one and go for a walk, it is something you both will enjoy and get you away from those comfort foods.
I hope you get those 20 minutes you are looking for soon, time to yourself is a much needed thing for everyone!
