Each day brings a new opportunity for some things wonderful to happen.

I am 56, the oldest of 5 mother of 2 adult boys in my second marriage. I currently weigh 181 lbs. I gained 55 lbs over the course of 10 years and have carried that extra weight for about 15 years. In that time the lowest I was able to get to was 163 lbs but put it back on in half the time it took me to lose it. I have rheumatoid arthritis which I have successfully controlled with medication for a number of years and I know that losing weight will have a huge positive effect on my joints. I have ...

I have a wonderful career and just recently had a shift of focus where I can have a great impact. So setting my intention as they say in my yoga class. I intend to achieve my goal weight by age 60. I intend to do this by actually using the knowledge I have gained over the years and I will use the tools thst SP provides so freely. I will be smart about setting my daily and weekly goals and concentrate on the solutions nit the challenges. Something wonderful is going to happen today.
