I'm changing and I'm happy

I made some changes in 2014 and I lost about 7 pounds - doesn't sound like much but I've managed not end up back at the beginning. even through events that can throw me I've managed to regain control before regaining the 7 lbs. I started yoga which I love so now I'm on to a new challenge.. a pound a week for 13 weeks. I know I can do it.
