My 20 Day Self Renovation

It`s time to find new routines and so I have set a 20 day plan to change some of my habits which I let get in the way of achieving my goals. My plan is to replace one bad habit with a healthy habit in order to achieve my goals. After all we only have so many hours in a day and when you add in work and those pesky house keeping chores well then you really only have so much time to do other things.
