Starting again

Just another girl trying to slim down.

Spark people helped me lose 25 pounds, from 170 to 145, in four months. Every little thing counts! No effort is too small. With good food and good exercise I'm chasing after the body I've always wanted. At the risk of sounding trite, I never thought it would be so easy.

I'm back because Ive gained a lot of it back and I want to lose it all again! It's fun reaching the goal and though I regret gaining it back I know I'm going ...

I'm back because Ive gained a lot of it back and I want to lose it all again! It's fun reaching the goal and though I regret gaining it back I know I'm going to enjoy reaching the goal again. Hopefully this time I won't let myself slide back nearly as far. I stepped on the scale and saw "160", a number I never wanted to see again. I'd like to get down to 139! Lighter than I've ever been but I think I can do it and maintaining that weight for a few months will hopefully help me not gain that much more ever again. I'm gonna throw away the "fat pants" that I currently have and hope that my only fat pants in the future are for around 145.

Eating a sensible diet inspired by the SP diet but now entirely my own. Tracking my food.

Going to the gym 3 times a week for 35 minutes of strength training, 30 minutes of cardio. Trying to mix it up more than I used to by doing swimming too.
