Fatty fat pants
Hi , I am a 34 yr old mother of 3 and wife of one (as long as you dont count the ex ... which I don't !) My husband is a 315 lb man who is perfectly happy with his weight and to be honest I have no issues with it (besides the obvious health issues) He is a wonderful husband but he doesnt care if I am fat or skinny so that really makes loosing weight an issue for me ! I am hoping using this site helps me !

My Goals:
I want to just be more comfortable in my skin again ... I was on medication what made me not hungry at all and l lost a ton of weight but I cant afford to go to the Dr every month so I am off them and I have gained 30 lbs in 6 months ... I need to take control here!
My Program:
I am going to watch what I eat and I will be working out all week at least a 30 min work out per day , walking, some sort of exercize , and weights ... I am trying to figure out what works and when :)
