the truth is that physical shape is a less important thing I want to change about me. I want to change my life , my spirit , my soul , my less productive ways of thinking, my job , no, my profession , the place where I live. oh , I almost forgot, my body too. unfortunately I think I can't change the planet and the galaxy(I wonder). the truth is that physical shape is a less important thing I want to change about me. I want to change my life , my spirit , my soul , my less productive ways of thinking, my job , no, my profession , the place where I live. oh , I almost forgot, my body too. unfortunately I think I can't change the planet and the galaxy(I wonder). I 'm not unhappy with my current self and life, but I'm no more distracted by the landscape , I want to take a step further in my evolution and complete what I was sent to do. oh , and why was I here? yes , loose the extra weight : ) 2013 Goals - 5% winter Challenge I will weigh in daily I will exercise daily for at least 20 minutes for 56 days I will do pilates 4days/week I will track my calories daily I will wake up at 6 am and do my exercises before I go to work I will check in with my team daily I will read and comment on blogs as I have time why do I want to loose weight: let's see: - I want to be lighter for my knees , legs and back and experience less pain -I want to be able to sit in seiza - I want to fit better in my small bathtub - I want to be able to run a marathon - I want to be strong and healthy - I want to be fit like an athlete - I want to be able to put my leg on my neck without my belly being in the way(no , I'm not doing yoga , just a crazy idea ) - I want to be able to buy clothes in any shop and look outstanding in them - I want to open myself to meet someone( I know , I don't have to loose weight to do that) - I want to feel my bones under my skin(weird?) -I want to fit better in a planor actual weight=273 target weight=less
