When I got pregnant, I became the fattest I had ever been in my life(257lbs...that's my scary record) . It was very frustating because it seemed like, no matter how much effort I would put on to lose weight, nothing would work as my willpower went down to 0. My overweight was even affecting my relationship with my husband because I felt so disgusting whenever I looked at myself in the mirror, so I thought that he would feel the same way.

I have tried so many different ways to become fit that I can't count them! This is one of the best plans I have ever followed as I feel that I am learning how to shed excess weight while eating absolutely every type of food in the world. I even have chocolate and cheese every single day and still lose weight. My intention is to record each and every step I follow from now on in my daily fight against my obesity.

Ok, so I became pregnant again (by surprise, believe me!) last year (June 2007). I thought my life was over - it came when I least expected it and it caught me even chunkier than when I became pg the first time! I needed to avoid gaining any extra weight during the process. But, as I suspected, I failed. So, after giving birth to Victoria, Now my record is 260lbs! I decided to come back to SP for support and this is what I am doing. I CAN MAKE IT!

Sooooo, it's been a long while since I updated my Sparkpage, so now it's about time I do. There have been many ups and downs...frustrations, tears, discouragement along the way, but FINALLY I found what I needed to be constant and understand this journey. I have been constant for near a month now and have lost 9 kgs(20lbs) so far...Still need to be rid of an extra 41kgs as this time I reached my highest weight --- 126kgs (277lbs). I am happy, strong and very motivated this time.

My Program:
I am under a carb cycling nutrition program. I workout for 1 hour cardio each day, focusing on brisk walk and also do some strength training at least twice a week.
