Are you all ready for the Season? BEWARE!!! The holiday treats are EVERYWHERE!!!! Don't let a few temptations throw you off of your goals. Keep a in your hand at holiday get-togethers to help prevent over-snacking. Take healthy foods WITH you to any events such as fruit or veggie trays so that you are guaranteed to have something there that you can eat without worrying about the . Remember you can have lots of FUN & FELLOWSHIP without having to over-indulge in FOOD. IF you DO... make it a point to add in some extra FITNESS to help counter balance your mistakes.
