-stop the emotional eating
-make healthier choices when it comes to food -lose body fat
-reach 121 lbs (55 kg)

I want to feel comfortable in my body & be able to love myself.



My Program:
-exercise: 5-6 times a week [2x strength training, 1x hot iron, 2-3x cardio]

-eat a balanced diet of 1200-1500 calories

-avoid sugar as much as possible
