My Goals:
-stop the emotional eating
-make healthier choices when it comes to food -lose body fat
-reach 121 lbs (55 kg)

I want to feel comfortable in my body & be able to love myself.



My Program:
-exercise: 5-6 times a week [2x strength training, 1x hot iron, 2-3x cardio]

-eat a balanced diet of 1200-1500 calories

-avoid sugar as much as possible

Thanks for the add and the super nice comments! You asked what I do for legs and I walk/run/hike and use p90X and exercise on demand workouts to work my lower body. My legs are still a work in progress! :)

Hello, and thank you for adding me and the comment on my photo!

If you don't mind my asking, why on earth do you want to be 120lbs at 5'7"? In the picture you left a comment on, I was 148 lbs at 5'9". With trying to gain muscle you'd have to have your body fat at impossibly low numbers to get to a weight of 120.

Just food for thought-sorry if it is unwelcome. I've found that usually fit women who are 5'7" look best at about 135. Which would mean you have arrived, and now it's time to eat a little more and lift like a mad woman to put more sexy muscle on. :-)
