If you don't mind my asking, why on earth do you want to be 120lbs at 5'7"? In the picture you left a comment on, I was 148 lbs at 5'9". With trying to gain muscle you'd have to have your body fat at impossibly low numbers to get to a weight of 120.
Just food for thought-sorry if it is unwelcome. I've found that usually fit women who are 5'7" look best at about 135. Which would mean you have arrived, and now it's time to eat a little more and lift like a mad woman to put more sexy muscle on. :-) 1903 days ago
