It has been a long struggle for me. I am still struggling along trying to lose the weight. I have given up pop, which was hard to do since I drank it like water every day. I cut my portions down, however, some days I eat more than I should. I eat more fruits and vegetables. I watch my calories closely by tracking them every day. I have my days when I do eat a cookie , brownie, ice cream, etc. I just watch how much I eat and figure it in my calories. I did have a bad spell where I gained some weight back and I'm trying to lose it again. I've been yo-yoing with the same few pounds for the last couple of months. My exercising isn't what it was either since my back has been bothering me. I am very limited to what I can do right now. Basically, I do back exercises and that's about it. I'm hoping I can kick it up a notch though so that I can get back on track with my weight loss.
Great to hear from you I'm still here, though not really focused :( Hope all is well with you and you keep going! Woohoo!!..have to get back on track. Just came back from a cruise and definitely gained weight! Besides of that work is just crazy. Hopefully the next weeks will be better and I'll be able to lose a bit before Christmas. 1337 days ago
