* Slow down and think about meal times

* Eat more healthfully, especially at work... quit the quick lunch routine

* Slim down hips and thighs, get muscle tone back

My Program:
* Cook more at home to control what we eat

* Get back on cardio, strength building routine

* Incorporate activities I love...pilates, yoga, wii fit!
