My Goals:
I have about 12 pounds to lose, but all I really want is a flat tummy and leaner thighs, and not to fall into unhealthy, undereating habits.

My Program:
I have a very simple workout program: 45 minutes of mini-stepper every morning followed by one Ten Minute Trainer video, on a 7-day rotation.

Personal Information:
I am 27, originally from Montréal but currently living in Victoria, and moving to Edmonton in September (moving around a lot, I know!) I am an English graduate student and all I really want is to keep my sanity as I start my PhD in September 2010.

Other Information:
I am a fan of anything Victorian, and I love novels from India and the Caribbean. I watch quite a lot of TV (at any one time I follow between 5 and 10 shows), and I love video games, especially RPGs.

Thanks so much for the support and advice. I've tried to keep mum involved in ever sphere of my life so the 'line of communication' stay open. it hasn't worked because everything is flowing one way. i'm going to wait till this passes.
meanwhile, I'm finding that exercise can be therapeutic so I'm channeling all that rage into my work-out emoticon
