Thanks for sharing your August goals and for your nice compliment on my Spark page! Losing 8 pounds in a month is such a realistic goal! And wow, a 12 minute mile would be awesome! Best to you in meeting both of those goals.
I was doing a 5K class till I developed bursitis/tendonitis in my shoulder (from working out I think). Both the doc and PT told me to stop running for a while due to the jarring on my shoulder. Really? I was concerned about my hips and knees, not my shoulder, when I started the class!! LOL You never know! So, I was up to S-L-O-W jogging for 5 minutes, now I'll have to start over when I am able. I am so proud of your accomplishment of completing the C25K program! I'm hoping to be able to jog a little of the 10K I'm doing in Oct. but will walk it for sure! (Listen to that confidence! LOL I've not ever done a 10K so I'm really hoping my feet make it!)
