Hi everyone! I am in it to win it this time around and hope to keep motivated through this long journey. I am committed to getting up before my 3 little kiddos -5am and doing an hour of exercise. Thank you Jillian Michaels for -No More Trouble Zones and Burn Fat Boost Metabolism. Kick Butt workouts and after trying to keep up with them I feel empowered and like I can do anything -like lose 50 pounds. I'm only 5'2" so being 188 pounds a lot bigger than it sounds. I have a lot of work to do ...

I've been trying to check in every day just to keep me more accountable for the choices I'm making. I've lost 15 pounds now so I'm finally in the right direction! My good friend did Bikram and she loved it. Right now she's doing an intense boot camp class since she hit a plateau and needed to change things up. Good luck!! emoticon

Hey Girl Been So Busy with planing a trip to go and see my mom Next Week Haven't had much time to get on here! How are things? how is Your weight loss going? I'm doing well I'm still losing about 2 lbs a week :)! I haven't found the Jillian Micheals Yoga Yet in Stores, so if I don't find it soon I'll order it online! Talk to you later!
