-March 4, 2013: Had a rough week. Definitely wasn't on my eating game the best I could be... I got discouraged from not seeing a difference on the scale after being "really good" and so I started to not care and eat whatever I want. I weighed in this morning with a 1.6 loss though, so that's encouraging (I HAVE shaped up in the last few days). Got in 5 days of exercise last week.
-February 24, 2013: Yesterday I did 65 minutes of intense elliptical and ate well. Went out for Thai food, and I had a clear-broth soup and a mango peanut bean sprout salad. We also went out for dessert (frozen custard) but half of mine is still sitting in the freezer. =)
-February 23, 2013: 147.8
My goal is to reach 140 pounds by April 20. That's one pound a week. I will exercise 5-6 days a week, and eat clean. I've been in a funk lately, and I'm excited about really hitting it hard again and getting this done!

Habit is habit and not to be flung out of the window by any
man, but coaxed downstairs a step at a time.
My first goal is to lose 5 pounds; this will put me at 171.8.
Goal #2 is to lose 5% of my body weight: this will put me at 168.3, and I hope to do this by July 4.
Goal #3 is to lose 10 pounds, and be 166.8.
Goal #4 will be to reach the 15 pound mark at 161.8.
Goal #5 is 10% of my body weight, which will be 159.8.
Goal #6 is to be rid of 20 pounds (!!!) at 156.8.
Goal #7 is 154 and an officially NORMAL WEIGHT BMI!!
Goal #8 is 25 pounds at 151.8.
Goal #9 is to have lost 15% of my starting weight, at 150.3.
Goal #10 is THIRTY pounds, at 146.8. *DONE 10/6/10*
Goal #11 is TWENTY PERCENT, or 35.3 pounds, at 141.5. *DONE 12/26/10*
Goal #12 is 140 pounds.
Goal #13 is 40 pounds lost/136.8...so close!
FINAL GOAL WEIGHT: 135 pounds!
As of January 25, I am weighing in at 143 pounds. My goal weight is 135. This is the spring of 135. I will work out and have fun with it. I will pursue my passions. I will achieve my goals. I will nourish my body. I will feed my mind.
I weighed over 215 pounds as a teenager, and little by little I've been getting healthier, fit and dropping pounds.
