Just a girl who is ready to finally be done with weighing a little too much. I just want to have the right BMI and not worry anymore about my weight.

I've always been very active, but constant and consistant injuries due to a genetic disorder have held me back from achieving fitness again and again. It has been a difficult battle, but I am slowly figuring it out.

Medical problems I am battling: POTS (dysautonomia), Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hypermobile type), PCOS, GERD, and a few others that are a lot more minor.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. A movie is a great idea...THANKS! I have been wanting to rent Hunger Games for a while. It's not something I normally do, but something I have been wanting to see. Thanks again!

Giving up gluten is awful. I think I have a gluten intolerance. Since giving it up, if I accidently eat something with it my stomach acts up. Think more IBS symptoms. Definietly not happy to see it go. I love Taco Bell and my kolaches!

Take your time! You didn't get to where you are from one bad meal, and your not going to get to where you want to be from one hard work out and a salad! Do what you are comfortable with, and you can make your goals! Best of luck!
