Just a girl who is ready to finally be done with weighing a little too much. I just want to have the right BMI and not worry anymore about my weight. I consider myself a flexitarian. Meaning, I eat 100% vegan when I am at home and to the best of my ability outside the house, but sometimes at a friend's house will eat animal products so as not to offend the person I'm visiting. I'm pretty lucky that most of my friends understand and it's not really a huge issue for me, but as I'm eating the odd dish with dairy, etc every few months, I don't like to call myself a vegan. I've always been very active, but constant and consistant injuries due to a genetic disorder have held me back from achieving fitness again and again. This time, I am going very, very slow with the excercize and doing my best not to push my body past the "safety zone" and into the "injury zone". It has been a difficult battle, but I am slowly figuring it out.
