    Well, welcome back into the swing! =D And yes, I love how it's a brand new workout every time also! There are SO MANY videos on bodyrock.tv too, I don't think I'll ever get bored! If you go to the "all workouts" tab you can peruse through all of their 600+ videos! =] And another thing I love about bodyrock and keeping track of your "Scores" or reps, is that if you DO go back and do a workout again, you can try to beat your own personal best! As far as adding more to your routine, personally I find that bodyrocking is enough for me! However I know a lot of other people that add a little extra cardio to their routine. (running, walking, jump rope, whatever!) as the weather gets nicer I'm definitely looking forward to going on more walks outside, that's for sure! But mostly just to get out in the fresh air =]

I also notice that you're part of the bodyrock team group! Are you new to bodyrocking? I've been doing it since August and I LOVE IT! I'm so glad to have found them!!!!
