Help!
Hi I am a 40 year old single female looking for friends for advice and support in my battle to lose wieght. I have been overweight my entire life and I finally feel I am ready to put in the hard work and dedication it takes to lose weight. I want to know what a healthy weight feels and looks like. I love this site and have gotten a lot of good ideas and encouragment from it so far.
