Weight Loss Journey

I feel like I've been working on weight loss my entire life and am now as close to my goal weight as I've been in over 20 years. Wow- that's almost half my life!!

Alas, the only thing that keeps me "at it" seems to be having someone to hold me accountable. I'm now less than 10 pounds from my "goal weight". My next goal will be to learn how to maintain that weight!!

Hi, Amy!!! I love these bootcamp videos. The first week was kind of tricky with some of them but they are getting easier for this little old lady (but very young at heart). I started doing them 3 times now. I feel so much better, too. I lost all the weight I gained over Christmas and starting to see the numbers go down again. I love it.

Hey, Amy, how are you doing?

I joined Cardinal Fitness and I love it. I have even been lifting weights. It makes me feel strong. It's a "I am woman, hear me roar!" type of feeling. Okay, I'm just corny.

Just dropping in to say hi.

Great job on your New Years challenge.

Oh, by the way, as of Monday, Joe has lost 32 since we started Weight Watchers. I've only lost eight, but I think I have gained some muscle. I'm very proud of Joe.
