I'm not on a diet! I'm changing my lifestyle!
I will monitor my calories to insure most of them come from whole and unprocessed food.
I will drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
I will do cardio 5-6 times per week.
I will add ST to my fitness 2-3 times per week.
I will read success stories and other motivating articles.
I will keep a positive attitude.
I live in Texas. I am married to the most wonderful man and have two awesome sons (26 & 17) and a beautiful daughter(8 yrs). My family is my main support and motivator. I thank God for them every day.
