First day of the rest of my Fit LIFE!!!

I have yo yoed for the past 4 years, today i go back to what works for me i stop thinking or trying to make what works for others be what i must try .......cutting procesed foods out it works its easy for me to fallow and i feel great after the first few days so todays day 2 of my life style change for health and weight!

Juicing is something ive slowly gotten into the benifits are amazing i love juice fasts but regardless of fasting or not i will enjoy juicing my veggies every day!!

For a very long time I religiously tracked all my calories using spark. I never could get into the WW points thing it seemed too complicate for me lol. I'm a bottom line keep it simple kind of girl. As I've gotten close to my GW recently I've transittioned away from tracking because I want to try and make this about living healthy and practicing maintenance mode with out it being an obsession (problematic for me in the past). So I'm working on my moderation and portions and clean eating with out the tracking and its working well for me. I also think it helped too that I tracked for almost 4 years and now its like I can calculate that stuff in my sleep. It comes more second nature now. I really recommend tracking consistently for a while until you find your groove :) I think you look great now by the way!

Kudos to you for joining us here on the Raw Foodies Team. This will be one of the best decisions you have ever made. Sparkers come here and join this great team for a multitude of reasons. I wish you could do a body pump class with me. I can't sit for days I'm so sore, thats a greatclass! Let me know how Riley does and maybe ya'll can join the ymca! They have all the good classes too! Have a good weekend!
