My fitness journey

Welcome to my page. I've tried various diet plans over the years and made a lot of lifestyle changes, I was always active but I never understood portion control and consistency with exercise. I found SP in May 2011 and it changed my life and attitute. I'm back down to college weight and working on firming up all the jiggly parts. I've learned to love running and try new exercises all the time. I even think of myself as an athlete. I've learned to be more consistent in many areas of my life ...
I've learned to be more consistent in many areas of my life which has given me more confidence. Feel free to say hi in English or in German I love to hear about other people's journey to fitness.

Thank you my friend for reading my blog and for your best wishes. This is the anniversary the question was asked, our wedding anniversary is in September and it will be 25 years.
Thanks for sharing my smiles.
Hugs,

Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog today. My sister lives a half hour from me & works full time so I'm sure that is her reason for running on the treadmill. I have also been doing some Leslie Sansone DVD workouts & I think that's helping to build my leg muscles as well. (Works different muscles than the ones I work when I'm outside running.)

Hi Amy, sorry I didn't respond sooner. I'm not running the AC Half--not this year. :-( I'm doing a 3 hour timed race in Queens the previous day. It sounds like a lot of fun and I look forward to hearing about it!

Hi Amy, thanks for responding to my blog. I think you are right, a walk or yoga would be a good change of pace. I feel lazy if I don't exercise, but I know cardio every day is not good either. I will take you suggestion! Thank you!
