My fitness journey

Welcome to my page. I've tried various diet plans over the years and made a lot of lifestyle changes, I was always active but I never understood portion control and consistency with exercise. I found SP in May 2011 and it changed my life and attitute. I'm back down to college weight and working on firming up all the jiggly parts. I've learned to love running and try new exercises all the time. I even think of myself as an athlete. I've learned to be more consistent in many areas of my life ...

My Goals:
First SP goal was to loose 30 lbs by Thanksgiving 2011. - Lost 20 lbs by Christmas 2011.
New revised goal as of Jan 2012 - I will loose 10 lbs by June 2012 firm up all the loose parts and maintain a maximum of 135 lbs.

My Program:
Following the SP meal plan and increased exercise.

Personal Information:
I live in NJ and work in NY, speak German fluently and have an active social life.

Awesome, to your garden! The chilis sound good! I dried a few out last year and still use them frequently. I am growing spinach, a few different varieties of lettuce and will be growing basil, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, zucchini and eggplant this year. I'm attempting cilantro for the third year in a row (sad story). I'll also post some pics as soon as there's something to show. I also do a lot of container gardening, so I can move them around so they can get more sun. Marlee's a rottweiler (I'll have to post more pics of her head-on). I can't wait to see your pics.
