Starting a New and Healthy Life

I'm Amy a Mom of 2 beautiful children. My son is almost 12 and my daughter is almost 10. I went though a horrible divorce about a year and a half ago from what I thought was my best friend. I live in North GA just south of Chattanooga, TN. I am working on a healthy weight...I lost 100 pounds after the birth of my daughter but aparently I didn't loose anything b/t my ears. I have now started back into the full time work force working at a school...this keeps me busy during the day but also makes working out hard. I am going to have to seriously make an effort to loose this time...But you know What..."I CAN" that is going to be my motto...I can do a lot of things that I didn't think I could do!!! :) I hope to meet some great friends that offer a support system along this journey!! :) :) I know I have in the past and I'm just looking to make even more!! :)

My Goals:
I have very high goals but I want my main goal is just to learn to love myself!! :) I will do what I have to do for that moment!! :)

My Program:
 I am going to try to be accountable and start tracking my food again!!! Then I hope to add back in exercise!! I now it works hand in hand!! :)
