I am currently participating in TWO weight loss challenges.
The first, at my gym- the "Let Go" challenge for percentage of body weight AND body fat percentage lost. The second is an online challenge www.weighnpray.com and this is my third season to compete. The first season, I won $5000 for losing almost 70 pounds in 12 weeks. This time, I am committing to using SparkPeople everyday to log my workouts and nutrition. I am planning on losing 80 lbs, getting down to "normal" size, and hopefully winning BOTH competitions! ;)
