I will walk by faith

I put on a lot of weight (over 100 pounds!) in a bad relationship, which ended last year. It's difficult to find any time being a full time RN student, a mother of my own two boys and my boyfriend's son, housekeeping, etc. I really need some motivation and support!

My Goals:
Lose 120 pounds.

No longer feel the nerve pinching in my lower back.
Be energetic.
Graduate from nursing school.

My Program:
Right now I'm focusing on eating better. Once I get back into that habit, I'm going to work on making exercise a habit again too. In the meantime, I fit what exercise I can in around studying, classes, and being mom; and what I can before the pain in my back becomes too bad to tolerate.

Personal Information:
I'm a divorced mom of two boys, ages 9 and 11. We live with my boyfriend and his son, who is also 9. Together we have a dog, 2 adult cats, 3 kittens, 2 bearded dragons, 2 dwarf frogs, and fish (yes, a mini zoo!).

Other Information:
My family is very devoted to each other and to our faith.

I also saw your request for support on the Rescued/Adopted Dog and Cat Lovers team. We are here to help you stay on track so let us know what we can do. I would suggest that you track your nutrition, to me, nothing helps my journey better than writing down everything I eat.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. It helps to know that I am not alone in this journey! Good luck!!

BTW When I'm having a chocolate craving, I eat a chocolate fiber bar and it fills me up and cuts the craving. Or, just have some chocolate in moderation-easier said than done, but you can do it!!
