My program i guess would be to work out at least 4 to 5 days a week and i like to take my dogs for walks.. it get me started..i like to walk were there is something to look at like in the woods..

i grew up in a small town " Tenino wa"
i have 9 others in my family so there were 10 of us kids it was a very big farm house.we lived on over 100 acres and i loved every min of it..
so just a good farm kid !!! I spent a short time in Cal.going to cooking school.. i am a chef. with over 25 years of cooking..boy does that tell you anything LOL !!!
