My program i guess would be to work out at least 4 to 5 days a week and i like to take my dogs for walks.. it get me started..i like to walk were there is something to look at like in the woods..
i grew up in a small town " Tenino wa" i have 9 others in my family so there were 10 of us kids it was a very big farm house.we lived on over 100 acres and i loved every min of it.. so just a good farm kid !!! I spent a short time in Cal.going to cooking school.. i am a chef. with over 25 years of cooking..boy does that tell you anything LOL !!!
Hi there! I am Wendenannie and your newest co-leader of the Blossoms team. I'd like to invite you to join our new challenge for March. It is called Boogie Down Challenge. It will begin Monday, March 5th and will consist of daily mini-challenges pertaining to Water, Nutrition, Fitness, & Motivation. Each mini challenge is worth 15 pts. if completed.
