Hi

My name is Amy. I'm from NC. I married my best friend on July 2, 2005. My hubby and I had been dating since we were 14 &15 so not only did I marry my best friend, but also my highschool sweetheart. We have a little princess who turned two on February 2, 2008. I am currently a stay-at-home mom during the day and I work a part-time job a few nights a week. My hubby brings in the $$$$

My Goals:
I want to become more healthy. I want to get my body into the best shape it's ever been. To eat better and take better care of my body. To be the best possible role model I could ever be for my sweet little daughter. To make sure my husband knows each & everyday just how much I truely love & adore him. To learn to love and accept myself for who I am (not who I wish I was) to become more organized. Get better at time management. Go to sleep at a decent time. To not put off cleaning and let everything pile up. To STOP shopping & save more money. To never let a day go by without telling my daugthter how much I love her. To stop judging others based on past experiences (note to self: not everyone is an @s*hol*) To always see the good in everything. To make being optimistic one of my characteristics. To make each day count. Live my life to the fullest. To make each day a little better than yesterday.

My Program:
Trying to up the protein, eat only good carbs (whole grain) incorporate more veggies & fruit. TRYING not to snack so much and not eat so much junk!

Cardio 6 days a week. Weights 3 days a week.
2 Liters of water a day

Personal Information:
I know my weight seems low, but I am only 5'2 so it's actually not to low for me.

Other Information:
Life is short but sweet for certain.
