Good luck with your goals! Looks like you are on the right track. I try to do at least a little something every day. I track my food (really helpful) and I work out. When I started, sometimes it was just 10 minutes, but I did it, and over time my minutes added up. Wish you the best!
Thank you Amy. I never thought it was achievable, but then it happened... it took me a good year and working just day by day. And sometimes being a real B!tch to others about not eating out, or rescheduling for my workouts, etc. but I stuck to my guns.
