Relay for Life 2010! :D
Hi! My name is Amy and I'm trying to lose weight. It's honestly been about time, but I'm just finally doing something about it. I want to be proactive this time, and see results. Through years and years of failed diets, doctors visits, personal self-image issues, I've decided that I need to make a change. Hopefully this will be a huge change in my life, and wish me luck! :-)
I hope to lose 50 pounds by the end of this year, and keep going after that! Hopefully I can get a good head start and make a lifestyle change.
6 small meals a day (~300 calories each): 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm.
Drink lots of water
45 minutes of exercise (eliptical, treadmill, walking the track) on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Hi! My name is Amy and I'm currently a sophomore college student in Southern California. I'm involved in Colleges Against Cancer, and have done Relay for Life for the past 5 years (since high school). I'm involved in the band on campus, and I play the tenor saxophone. I'm currently a double major Anthropology and East Asian Languages and Cultures, and double minor Art History and Psychology. I love art and music, beauty products, and vintage things. I'm really excited to be here, and hope that I will achieve my goals! :)

My favorite TV show is The Office, and I've taken a real liking to Modern Family. I love art, and the Getty is one of my favorite places in Southern California. I also love music, and am a frequent of the Walt Disney Concert Hall and Dorothy Chandler Pavilion.
